Report an error
A figure, rule, date or export step that looks wrong. Tell us the country, tax year and what you expected.
Before you write
- Please don’t attach your transaction files. We never need them. If an exchange file won’t import, tell us the exchange, roughly when you exported it, and the column headers from the first line, with any amounts removed.
- We never ask for recovery phrases, private keys, API keys or payments. Never send them to anyone who asks, including someone claiming to be us.
- We can’t tell you what to put on your return or whether you owe tax. For that, speak to a qualified tax adviser.
We aim to reply within five working days. Common answers are on how it works and in the guides.
